As the Founder of Praxijile Consulting Inc., he brings extensive leadership experience from both the public and private sectors. In his previous roles, he led the Program and Project Management Office, directing a team of project managers, operations analysts, and administrative assistants. His responsibilities expanded through strategic realignment to encompass leadership of all aspects of a historic buildings program, the delivery of comprehensive facilities programs, and the planning and sustainment of operations work centers portfolio.

He has represented his organizations on several core committees, including Consultant Liaison, Construction Liaison, Climate initiatives, and initiatives with the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB), serving as the primary escalation point for both internal and external stakeholders. His leadership has been recognized with awards in safety and innovation categories.

Throughout his career, the founder has managed over 70 projects, including 40 as the lead project manager, consistently delivering them on time and under budget. Over the past five years, he has led multiple programs across various service lines, overseeing the successful delivery of more than 150 projects with a combined spend of over $200 million. His strategic communication and client management skills have been key to his success.

He is a certified PMP, a disciplined Agile Scrum Master, and possesses thorough knowledge of PMI Project Management standards, ISO Quality standards, and LEED Sustainable Design standards. His expertise also extends to change management, financial and risk management, conflict resolution, and he is committed to continuous improvement. Furthermore, he has served as a quality assurance delegate, auditing project managers and gaining a broad understanding of a diverse array of project types.
